We’ve arrived in Geneva for SIHH 2010 and our first stop Sunday night was an event hosted by Zenith’s new CEO Jean-Fr¨¦d¨¦ric Dufour at the Hotel Kempinski to introduce their new line. The room was packed, and Jean-Claude Biver stopped by to lend his support. The featured model is the Elite 681 Ultra Thin. Though we have been in Geneva only a few hours, it is evident that the trend toward restrained, classic styles started in 2009 carries over to his year, and Zenith’s new model follows that mantra. Since it is starting to warm up here in the Northeast, it is getting to be short sleeve weather. I am finding that I am glad, not only for the warmth, but also so I can see other people's watches....but suprisingly, I am excited to see if people will see and comment on my Orange Monster! I'm not normally like that, don't really care what others think, but apparently I do with my OM....not because it is fancy or expensive or anything, but just because it is freakin' ORANGE!!!So come on, spill the beans...what watch do you secretly want people to notice???

Breitling SuperOcean cira 1999-2000
I'm eyeing this Breitling SuperOcean being sold at TimeZone for about 1150 USD, shipped (insured) including paypal fees.This seller is the second owner of the watch, and he only had it for 30 min and realized he doesn't need a 3rd SuperOcean Professional. Box and Papers are there plus it has been serviced by Breitling and has a stamp on the booklet indicating maintenance.I know Breitlings do not have great resale value but usually my watches are keepers. Any Breitling afficonados think this is a good deal and in terms of the superocean line, they good?BTW, this is not the chronometer version.Caseback has no markings etc.Thanks.Vernon

Looking for 1st gold Rolex - 5-digit or 6-digit?
Interested in either a sub or GMT, not two-tone. I have a 16710 pepsi and also the Hulk. Love both, and if I were to get another steal piece, it would most likely be a 4-digit. But now I'm thinking gold...What are your thoughts here? Is the 6-digit that much heavier? Is it too much, as in does it scream look at me! a little too loudly? For the 5-digit, does it seem to have a bit too much of the 90's vibe / look? Just questions, so don't shoot me! I just don't know if the 4-5k premium for a 6-digit warrants it, but I'm interested to know your thoughts.
