Chopard Chopard 44874 wrist watches news:
Once in a while these days a simple watch comes out that is attractive and competent without being overly classic. The Fortis Square has a name about as simple as the watch itself. The appeal is there, yet beguiling. Fortis is known for making well built professional watches worn by pilots, astronauts, and similar demanding users. No current Fortis watch is a meant to be a jewelry watch, or anything too far detached from a functional companion. The majority of their cases are matte finished or sand blasted for a decidedly sober look. Though I would not classify any Fortis as boring. Instead the watches are instruments, meant to serve a dedicated purpose. The Fortis Square is a in fact a perfect 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch square (not taking into consideration the lugs). It is basically a round watch in a square case, but something separates it from the legion of other square watches out there. When looking at the Fortis Square, you will notice the inset face. Meaning the inner bezel tapers dow
What's your opinion on the larger PO 45.5 mm versus the 42 mm? Is the larger watch a fad, or do you think it is the new modern size of watch for today's standards? I'm asking because I was at an AD today trying on both versions. I have smaller wrists (7.25") and the salesman was telling me I should go with the larger version because it was the trend in the watch industry. However, I don't want to go too big. Any thoughts?
i'll be hanging at home watching the Davis Cup Tennis final Spain vs Argentina so i'll be wearing my all time favorite beater.
I had some straps that I ordered a while back, One is the GP strap with red which I bought used and the other is a strap I bought from AP bands, I think it is the Ruebens Barrichello with white stitch. Both are a great change to the rubber. I really like the AP bands one, but I have had a hell of a time trying to fit it. I bent one screw bar in the process and I am ready to send it back for crappy fitment issues. Too bad, it¡¯s a nice strap for the SS. Anyway, here are some pics of my experiment this afternoon! Just received the orange rubber strap from APSC. Love this combo!
