Rumors regarding new Apple products have lately proved to be extremely accurate. Since the death of Steve Jobs, Apple hasn't quite kept the iron curtain pulled so tight. Would someone be so kind as to explain the "SEL" thing to be. I believe I am confused.As readers of ths forum will remember, I purchased am Explorer 2 a few weeks ago, (still smiling), and I have noticed that the links on the bracelet are hollow where one meets up with the next. I assume this is what is being refered to as a non SEL bracelet.I have observed postings where it has been stated that Rolex does not yet use the SEL braclet on the Explorer series. Then I see 04 - 05 Explorers for sale where it states the bracelet is an SEL piece, if this is correct I would assume mine is an SEL bracelet, but I don't believe it is.Am I on crack!!! or just really confused as to what the end links are?

I've been planning this for a while and actually had to refrain from posting for the last couple of weeks, so I wouldn't go over the mark After spending years with the sports models exclusively, this one feels... special. That is the first word which came to my mind when putting it on for the first time. It gives off a very distinct feeling from, say, a 619 - which is amazing in a different kind of way, as the 619 is robust and sporty to the core. This one feels like it would also take anything you can throw at it, but with an elegance that few others possess.As for the 5k posts, my sincere thanks to the TRF family - Steve, moderators, forum sponsors and, especially, all the friends that I have had the privilege to make over the years.
