I absolutely love my new Ironman watch. This is my first stainless steel bracelet and I really love the feel and look of it. The thing about stainless steel bracelet watches is that the designs are often for the men...The lady models with stainless steel bracelet are just too awful looking I cant seem to get one. I am not sure how the other ladies are feeling..but for me, it can be really frustrating looking for watches that are not so 'alpha-male' in design and material. HAHAHA..no offence, but I still want to look and feel feminine. Still, I love the Ironman watch, though it's on quartz for less than $100, what the heck! In the gym it looks great. In the pool, it's fantastic. Functions are cool...Chrono laptime up to 42, alarm, 3 timer and I can switch off the digital time if I want to. My Vintage Ploprof is now complete
So!Finally got the brand new luminova bezel for my Ploprof 600! And all I can say is WOW!This thing GLOWS!Now it makes sense. This is what it was supposed to look like. Hands, dial, seals and bezel changed. Next week it will receive a well worth service to the movement. New bezel still in packaging:New bezel installed. And a picture in the dark!

Combo Rolex vs custom ABP for Daytona
Lucked out and found a brand new, stickered 116509 panda dial on strap at an AD. Had meant to pick one up when the discontinued the dial, but had other commitments at the time and had to pass.The standard strap it comes on is a bit too loose for my liking, even with the clasp adjusted. I know some members have had similar issues and ended up buying the short strap and then mixing the two for a better fit and centered clasp. For those folks - was the colour and grain match between the straps good? Just wondering because the straps would presumably be coming from different dye lots and hides.The other option would be to get a custom strap from ABP Concept. Price wise, not too far off and their reputation seems good.Any input and/or photos regarding either option would be appreciated.
