Why are watches today so big? That is a question we at watches-dealer get asked a lot - and it is a typical source of conversation (and contention) among people who like watches. It is true that wrist watches today are larger than they have been historically, but perhaps not as large as they were a few years ago. What we are talking about is mostly the diameter of a watch case (usually measured in millimeters) and to an extent the thickness of a case.How do you define a "big watch?" There is no specific size at which a watch becomes "big" or "massive" or "small." Listening to a portable radio while playing and wearing rosary beads in memory of her coach, who died last week, Stephanie Zlokas, 14, of Allegheny County, Pa., captured the girls' title. The male winner was Jason Williams, also 14, of Clarksburg, W. Va. They each got a trophy, a plaque, a National Marbles Tournament wristwatch and a $2,000 scholarship. Oyster Bracelet and case question.
Hi,I just acquired a 2010 V series Submariner and I had a few questions. It appears to me that the case weight and bracelet weight has changed from what I remembered and not too happy about this. Can someone tell me if the 91350 bracelet was in fact heavier than the 92350? What year did the 92350 start in production? Also I do not know the case numbers but do you think the case were made lighter as well, want to get an idea before contacting Rolex about my thoughts. Thanks!
