Citizen EW0970-51B The Related Reviews:
- I returned this watch because I thought the ceramic watch band made the watch look inexpensive. However, that's because I own high-end watches---omega, Breitling, and Bedat. This watch would look cute on women in their 20s.

- I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT TO OPEN THE BOX AND SEE IT INFRONT OF ME, BUT WHEN I DID ...IT IS A VERY NICE / TOUGH LOOKING WATCH. I GET COMPLIMENTS AT THE OFFICE ALL DAY DUE TO ITS POLISHED FINISH., VERY GOOD CHOICE.

Citizen EW0970-51B wrist watches news:
I am looking to identify which Rolex watch was used in this presentation box, and the year it was made. Thanks for any information.
Hi all, I have added a photo of my recently purchased Hamilton Thin O Matic. In 14K the case all around looks excellent The dial looks good for the age. I wish to bring the dial and hands and markers and all,up to great looking fully refurbished. CosmeticallyI have also included a shot of one like I have, that has had the dial and hands refinishedI want mine to look this good. Does anyone have any recommendations,as to where I could get this work done.??
When buying vintage do you just assume it needs servicing and calculate that into the overall price of the watch? If so, do most of you have someone local or do you ship to someone with a good reputation? Lastly, if a basic service is all that's required what do you expect to pay and what's the expected turnaround time? I'd love to have a nice vintage Omega or Longines, but I don't know if I have the $$ or patience. I've seen some models of other brands, particularly from Grumpyguy, that really caught my eye as well. I guess another option would be to keep a lookout for sales by trusted sellers here, but they're becoming fewer and fewer. If anyone knows of trustworthy eBay or other vintage sellers, please feel free to send me a PM. I haven't had great luck with sellers who claim their vintage watches were recently serviced. What a shock, I know.
The moment of truth has come after waiting for over a week the first watch I have bought, my Orient Chief, has arrived. First much thanks to Valtyr and CometHunter for there guidance. Now onto the best part the pictures. The quality isnt on par with some of y'alls my camera is a couple years old but anyway. Picture time. Here is the box.The box opened with the watch.Close Up in box.Laying down shot.Strap shot. It says Orient on the buckle.Wrist shot.Another wrist shot.Close up on wrist. I love the guilloche and full word day.Overall I absolutely love it. The full word date is really cool and one of my favorite things about the watch. The band is a really light brown and when I first opened the box I wasn't sure how I felt about it but it is growing on me and now I feel that it really complements the watch. No pictures of the guts unfortunately I am too afraid to open it up. Thanks for looking.
Elephanti think it looks great but ….. ? :)elephant detail here:
