A. Lange & Sohne 410.025 wrist watches news:
Thought I would share a couple of quick pix of my new Seiko.Pepsi Bezel, Grey Dial. LUME:I did not like the bracelet very much, so slipped the Bond Nato on it for a different look. I think I'll try a couple of leather straps in different colors to see if I can bring out the true color of the dial.
Looking into buying an Akribos 'Davinci'. Have you ever had any good or bad experiences dealing with akribos?
We recently inherited two watches from my wife's grandmother. My wife has shown a little interest in getting one or both repaired/refurbished so we are just looking for some information on what they are. If anyone could help that would be great! I've posted two pictures below, along with all of the information that I can read that is printed on the back of the watches:Sliver WatchThe back contains the following information:PulsarBase Metal BezelStainless Steel BackY481-5540 [R0]210775Gold WatchThe back contains the following information:Base Metal BezelStainless Steel BackThe band has the following info:BenrusAny info would be helpful, how old are they, any idea on value, origin, etc. Thanks in Advance!Photo Apr 18, 10 37 26 AM.jpgPhoto Apr 18, 10 37 11 AM.jpg
So, this was the quickest big decision I've ever made! Traded my RGGP + 2,500 for a brand new Equation of Time. It wears wonderfully, very light. I miss my grand prix, but think I'll eventually replace it with a 44mm RG. Thanks to all for the advice!
.christies/lotfinder/a...41bcbc&page=14Christie's is supposed to be one of the top auction houses in the world, but when they describe a Speedy Moon watch as both automatic (the Calibre 861 is even mentioned) and featuring a date, you have to wonder. I don't believe you have to be an expert to see there's no date window! If they can be so wrong on one of the most popular and famous chronographs in the world, what else have they missed . . .
