Chopard 41/6733-20 wrist watches news:
I always liked the Air King. I know it's case size (34mm) is considered small for a guy but 36mm or smaller watches are just so comfortable to me. Any guys here own one? I also like the fact that it is understated and not too flashy. Thoughts on the model?
My Granddad has had this watch for as long as I can remember I believe he told me that his mother got it for his father during/after WWI for $80. Would be a lot in today's dollars I would imagine. I never really looked closely at it until today (after I have got into watches and know more about them). Maybe someone here would know more about them than either of us.(Unfortunately all I had with me was my blackberry camera).Avalon, 17 Jewel, Swiss Made, Antimagnetic Incabloc, Waterproof, Stainless. He also has this pocketwatch. He never uses it, only winds it occationally and leaves it in its glass container. Can't remember what he told me about this one in the past. There is nothing printed on the back side.

Is this something you would do?I own a blue 5711 which I really enjoy wearing, and do love a lot, but really can't get over the AP 15202. The octagonal design, the screws, and the movement, with the dial, just make a really cool watch. I don't think it makes much sense having both these pieces in a small collection of 4 watches, as they serve the same purpose.Would you flip, and add cash, for an AP Jumbo and Patek aqua on rubber?Or would you keep the 5711, and eventually add something else that catches your eye?
Hello all,I am considering purchasing a Vintage Nautilus (3700), and thought I'd ask about what it's actually like to wear one. Specifically, are they comfortable? Do they ever get in the way or feel bulky? I really want a watch that stays in place, and after wearing it 5 minutes you don't really notice it's there. A watch you don't always have to adjust or fidget with, and doesn't pull or bite into your wrist the way so many do. Everything I've read on the web says they are extremely comfortable, but would love to hear from some owners. Thanks!
