Chopard 163556-1001 wrist watches news:
IWC Schaffhausen sees red in the new film from Summit Entertainment and D.C. Comics, starring Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, and Academy Award Winners Morgan Freeman, and Helen Mirren. Based on the cult D.C. Comics graphic novels by Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner, RED is an action-comedy about retired CIA agents who realize retirement may not be ready for them just yet. The film is in theaters now, and patrons will find IWC watches on the wrists of both Bruce Willis and Morgan Freeman. Willis wears the Pilot’s Watch Mark XVI Automatic in stainless, while Freeman sports the stylish Portuguese Automatic Chronograph in stainless steel with a black dial and black alligator strap. In the film, Frank (Bruce Willis), Joe (Morgan Freeman), Marvin (John Malkovich) and Victoria (Helen Mirren) are retired CIA agents, but the secrets they carry make them targets. Framed for assassination, they re-connect and use their collective skill and experience to stay one step ahead of their pursuers. Tog
Hi All,I just finished comparing the new Explorer II and the GMT II - C The Explorer II debuted at the Basel 2011 show and the buzz about the watch has not died down. The increased size to a 42mm case, the updated luminescence, Paraflex shock mechanism for the balance wheel, and of course the orange hand, make the Explorer II stand out from the rest of the Rolex line. On the left is the GMT-C and on the right is the Explorer II. The case thickness between both watches is very similar with the GMT-C being 12mm and the Explorer II being 12.45mm. The Explorer II case is slightly longer as it is wider being 48.70 long versus 46.38mm on the GMT-C. The image does not adequately capture how the Explorer II case has more of a curvature than the flatter GMT-C case. The weight of both watches is very similar with the GMT-C being 145g versus the Explorer II being 150g (weighed with two links removed from the watch strap). One of the chief complaints on the traditional GMT and Explorer II models w
I am very pleased nowwhen the watch went to Rolex it was -8 seconds per day.I set the watch at 2 pm on 2/29.At 8 pm today 30 hours later,, the GMT is+ 1 SecondImagine that???They did good at Rolex. This is great news to me.If you all have a watch that's off,, and under warranty, send it to Rolex,, IT WORKS.. they can regulate it.Donps My $80 G shock knew today was 3/1/08 The Rollie thougth today was 2/30?? I know ,, I know,, it mechanical. haha
Hello:I have this:And I'm trying to create a poor man's Bradford How hard would it be to find the missing "1" in the 12? Is that something that ID can do?I'd also like to find a gold filled (rather than solid gold) Hamilton case to fit the movement? I'm sorry that I'm so ignorant here, but was their a filled version of the Bradford case? Thanks!Bob
Do any of these come up for sale often ?
