Breitling e7936210/b962-1rt wrist watches news:
While Rolex a a whole has always been top-drawer, certain aspects of their overall operations, especially in after-sales, have needed attention IMO. Not an earth-shattering discovery - all companies have aspects they can do better in. A certain "O" brand & their NJ facility certainly comes to mind. But, for Rolex IMO one of those 'areas of deficiency' has been parts shipments & turn-around times. When I order a part thru my dealer, I usually wait 2 1/2 - 3 weeks as a norm, sometimes 4 weeks to get it. Patience & Ordering from Rolex have become synonymous. However, the last part I ordered, maybe 2 months ago took just over a week to arrive. Not bad. But, Friday I ordered 1 part, and Tuesday ordered another part. BOTH parts are now at the AD's awaiting pickup - less than 1 week from order to fulfillment to shipping to arrival. Now that's service! So, I'm wondering, has Rolex finally listened and is starting to realize customers do expect to be treated with good afte
It looks like they increased their product selection by a 1000%. Lots of new looks, but still the standards. Looks like a really nice selection.

Hi all,I just purchased a Movado Series 800 watch, and upon arrival, learned that the bracelet is extremely tight on my wrist. I called a dealer and learned that they charge about $50 per link (I need at least two), which I thing is rediculous for a watch I paid about $350 for. I normally wear an eco-drive, and Citizen was quick to send two free links at the drop of a hat.Can someone tell me where I could find a good deal on extra links for this watch?Thank you very much!!
Did anyone catch tonight's show? I don't think it did Breitling any favours as he never got rescued. The beacon was picked up though!
