Rolex has just launched a smart new new video promotional campaign called "Rolex And Icons." People often ask us "what watch brands are using social media well?" This requires a lot of thought as only a few come to mind who are even using social media properly. Endicott case?
Does someone have an Endicott case as spare part and would sell it, could also be with a 987er grade? At least I have found a correct dial with the black enemal numbers but I still need the right case to put my own little (Franken-)Endicott together. It still has the blue/black hands and seems to have a grade but I am not sure if that will be a good one. The seller said it does not run and looks like something is missing. But then for the grade I could use a 987A I still have from a "Senticott". Seems there is not even a cheap Endicott or a case out there in the 'bay if you need one. Two months ago there were even three cases sold there without dial or grade.

I posted a few weeks ago that I was close to adding the JLC Grande Ultra Thin Duo to the collection. It's a fine watch indeed. But the Royal Oak (specifically the black dial in SS) is just on a different level, has always been on the short list and at some point, I would want to add. They are harder to come by and of course there is the price delta. Totally different watches but I'm thinking the RO would be a more versatile piece for me (usually in a suit or business casual during the week). Got the call/text from my friend at an AD that they just got one in. Music to my ears! As a repeat customer and a referral source for him, he's given me an offer that I think is quite competitive...almost too good to pass on honestly.I've tried it on in the past but as with bracelet watches, it's really tough to get a good sense/feel of the fit without sizing it properly (not that I would expect an AD to do that for me!) Planet Ocean 8500 accuracy at 48 and 60 hours of power reserve used????
A friend has a new Seamaster Planet Ocean 45.5mm that when not wearing it, at 48 hours has gained 6 seconds and at 60 hours has gained 8 seconds. Should a chronometer be accurate to chronometer levels throughout its whole power reserve or is it normal for it to become unaccurate towards the end its power reserve? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Thoughts on the 504
Hey GuysI was just curious on some thoughts on the Panerai 504. I have one, and I like it......but other watches are popping up that I like as well and I'm trying to make a decision if the 504 is worth keeping in the long run. I heard they discontinued it, and I don't want to be the guy that sells it for 9K and then sees it for 16K Thanks for the advice!!
