Ebel 1137241 wrist watches news:
A questionaire being run by eRelyx got me wondering- What is your definition of a luxury watch? What do you believe its characteristics are? Is it a matter of money? Is it what the case is made of? The envy it evokes in others? All of these, or something else? There is no single right answer, and I'm curious about yours might be.
Amazing really !!!Kurt
10000 members and we have no new topics come on guys think of so thing. My friend Kevin had no problems with topics I got a few ideas. I use them.
Dear Patek Lovers and friends. I need your advice as I am about to pull the trigger but was presented with another option I was not sure was going to be available for a very long time. This is really a battle of tastes and what would be the smart choice. In my collection I am blessed with RO, ROC, ROO, JA, MILLENARY, 5761, 5711 AND 5712. Many of these watches are sports watches but also work with suits etc. Lately I was bitten by the vintage bug and decided to explore vintage/not so common pieces to satisfy my old soul. I am really tempted to get the PP GONDOLO and was ready to pull the trigger for 22k with an additional black alligator strap (included in the price). I was sitting with my AD ready to close the deal when he said: Look what I just gotWell, he takes out a grey 5980 with a 41k price tag. No tax by the way in any of these pieces. So.... guys... what would you do? I feel I have many sport watches and the Gondolo seduced me with its deco design and would be a vintage piece (
I've wanted for sometime now to add other straps for this was and my PEPSI but just now getting it done. I've really admired Gus's straps on his 000. When I inquired and one I thought looked really great he got back with me right away but he also mentioned he'd sold the watch and had some bands he'd consider selling. I bought 3 of the 5 even though his 7.5 wrist is a bit bigger than my 7 wrist. The band actually could still go one smaller so I'm very happy with the fit. I'll work on getting pictures with the other bands but this is the one I put on first. image.jpg
