Invicta 16926 wrist watches news:
I am in Germany maybe 10 minutes and the signs of watch insanity are in my face. On my 4 hour layover in Munich to Dresden I am surprised to see that Munich's domestic terminal is basically one big watch store. There is a huge open watch store in the middle with tons of rare brands, and those that you don't even see in America at all, such as Certina and Union Glashutte. There is certainly an air of haute horology already. The first picture is of a magazine and gift store display. They actually highlight their collection of watch magazines! This is just too much good stuff, and I am on my way to being prepared for A. Lange & Sohne's upcoming spectacular display.I spent most of my first day in Glashutte where A. Lange & Sohne is headquartered visiting their factory and seeing some new watches (as well as existing watches). There is so much to admire in this brand in each place I look. Regardless of the snow falling outside, I was warm and excited as I entered each new room of th
Well, this is a "delayed" new arrival as it got here about 3 weeks ago (Right around my second kid was born), so not until now, I have had the chance the take the watch out of its box and take some "quick & dirty" pics of it. I've been admiring the new Sky Dwellers for sale here. They are interesting. I like the black dial --- not blue or white. But, I don't know what I would use that crazy looking dial in the middle of the face. How do you use that? It looks like a 24-hour dial. I've looked for threads on this and so far have not found anyone to explain it.But, I'm hot and heavy for a new Daytona SS --- 1116500LN. The Daytona sells on the gray market as quickly as it's offered. But, the Sky Dweller is at the moment appears to be in a buyer's market. Prices are not as outrageous --- given that the MSRP is actually higher than the Daytona. Which would you rather have? Why? I guess one answer will be that the Sky Dweller is available right now for a decent price --- I've seen $16,300 for BNIB.My wife would kill me if I were to buy 2 new Rolexes. I can hardly remember to keep one watch wound --- but keeping up with 2 would be crazy if both were going to be worn alternately depending on mood or dre
