Citizen FD2013-50A wrist watches news:
Other than the boutiques, where would be the best place to buy a gold RO bracelet for the best price?
I recently purchased new a Royal Oak Dual Time, absolutely love the watch. From what I have read, the movent is not an In House movement, but rather based on a JLC movement. I am a bit of a novice when it come to what is going on inside my watches, so what exactly does that mean? Did JLC make the movement, ship it to AP for them to install it? Was it just borrowed technology, but AP makes it all in house? Was there any innovation in terms if the movement on APs part? Basically, I am asking what is the story with this movement. Really any help or information would be greatly appretiated. I believe the movement is Cal.2329/2846 , but honestly, I have no idea what that is.
Hi everyone,I wanted to thank all the enablers who gave me great advice about the Omega Speedmaster Pro. I eventually decided to pursue the 3570.50. All of you were correct: Its an amazing watch and I absolutely adore it. The AD was kind enough to give me some promotional supplemental material about the Speedmaster Pro and its given me a chance to talk to my kids about the historical significance of this watch (I'm trying to convert my two tots into WIS!... However, I suspect that they simply love pushing the chrono buttons.... sigh). It runs a bit fast (+6 sec/day) but does it take time to settle? As well, could anyone recommend stores in the Toronto that sell leather straps for the Speedmaster Pro? Are there certain brands/models that you would recommend?Again, thanks for all of the advice and insight about this special watch. Sorry for the crappy iphone pic. All the best.
Curious and would very much like to hear from our resident experts (if I may impose):1. Do you guess that the 5131R will be as limited as the J and G or will Patek produce more of these and be easier to get? I looked at an older thread on this topic, but perhaps more insight now. How impossible is it to get at retail pricing for a mere mortal such as myself?2. I like the 5110P. The hands seem small and time difficult to read; is that true? How does it compare in size to a 36mm Rolex Day Date (any pictures)?
First time poster who¡¯s spent way too long in these forums already :)I¡¯ve been looking into procuring a 14060 (not a 14060M) and I¡¯m trying to figure out if the original bezel insert would have had a ¡°fat four¡± font or the skinny four on the number 40.I¡¯ve seen both fonts on the 14060s and can¡¯t figure out if it¡¯s because I¡¯m seeing serviced / replaced bezel inserts or if Rolex just released both variants for the 14060s. It seems important for the anniversary sub, but I have yet to see a write up on just normal 14060s. Anyone able to shed any light?
