- This watch is an excellent example of refined richness without costing an arm & leg. It absolutely wears & looks like the more expensive watches that costs thousands of dollars.

- A very attractive time piece but I have a six inch wrist and the /medium spun around like a bangle. Much to my dismay, I had to send it back. I love Victoria Wieck designs. This is a beauty, if it fits.

Corum 986.691.11/V761 wrist watches news:
This year marked the 10th year of Panerai's sponsorship of the 43rd annual Opera House Cup Regatta in Nantucket. The Opera House Cup Regatta is an annual race for classic wooden yachts that takes place in the waters off Nantucket; it gets its name from the Opera House Restaurant, whose owner, Gwen Gaillard, came up with the idea for the regatta in 1973, after hearing local sailors lament the absence of a regatta for classic wooden-hull yachts. In the subsequent four decades it's evolved to become one of the most spectacular exhibitions of sailing yachts in the world; I had the opportunity to go out and watch the regatta with Panerai and it was truly a sight to behold (see pictures below). This year's regatta featured 55 registered yachts that participated in the Cup. Among the boats were a number of classic yachts of all different sizes. The winner of this year's Opera House Cup was Bapple, a 26' from Alerion, whose skipper, Bruce Failing, took home the p
I'm hearing rumors about a 47 mm base that will resemble the pam 127. Any truth to this ? I know theirs been talk for years already .
I have no idea why but a couple of weeks ago I had a look at the MKII site and the watches that Bill Yao had to offer. The prices looked good so I decided to go for a LRRP. The watch arrived yesterday and here's what I think.First up Bill is a great Bloke to deal with, prompt answers and no problem with changing my order once it was placed. 10 out of 10 for serviceSo a couple of weeks later and the Fedex man delivers a box and inside that box amongst the packing beads was another box and then yet another black box......11 out of 10 for the package, totally bomb-proof.So inside the black box are the goodies..And there are a few extras apart from the black case and foam, a few extra spring bars and a strap changing tool, nice touch.. 10/10 for extras !! Now the watch, to cut a long story short, it is amazing. I have no idea how Bill can produce a watch of such quality for such a reasonable price. 12/10 for value Onto the wristThe "LURP" looks and feels great, the steel band starts at 22m
