Corum Corum 31553 wrist watches news:
Hi I got this watch from my father. The only info I got is that it was bought between 1952 and 1956 and also my father says that this was one of the first chronograph watches of omega however I doubt it. Any help would be appreciated because I couldnt find any info about the watch on google after couple hours of research. Thanks a lot.
Hope this is the correct place for this postI have owned a Wakmann Chrono for almost 50 years. It is a 2 dial (blue) gold plated case with florescent orange sweep second hand for the stop watch function. I had it serviced about 5 years ago and it has sat in my safe since. Took it out to use it for a function I attended and find the crown was replaced with one much smaller in diameter than the original so it makes it hard to wind. Also, the stem seems stiff to pull out to set the time and the stop watch function plungers seem stiff also. I was told it was a Breitling movement as it has WOG stamped on the inside.I am going to presume the crown can be replaced with a larger one and the stiffness can be corrected. Am I correct in my assumptions? Thanks for any reply
hi guys, i'm new to the hamilton forum. which do you prefer the black dial or silver on the jazzmaster chrono?thanks for your input.

Were Omega watches ever (particularly in the 1960's) retailed by Cartier or Tiffany and sold with both Omega and the jeweler's signature on the dial?
