Dior CD112119A001 wrist watches news:
was looking into these as have been offered one. This is an interesting article about the next generation [but never released] Oysterquartz!OysterquartzHope linking is acceptable...
Just got my 2tone chronomat back from the AD - after 2 1/2 painfull weeks without it. I sent it in for a full service and polishing so apparently they changed all the gaskets, springs, and i'm pretty sure the bezel as well. I just wanted to share some pics because it looks absolutely stunning. It looks like a brand new watch!
Does this restrict you to only special occaisions with the right kind of outfit?
It's the watch I ordered from Jim three months ago. Mine is the first to arrive of the three he had on order.I'm thinking of having the unveiling at the ATL GTG on Saturday. Our official ATL GTG photographer (Bill, gaopa) can then post photos on the forum.
I have a 5127G which was engraved with initials upon purchase.Unfortunately, I need to sell the watch and was wondering if anyone has had experience refilling engravings.I've talked with Patek AD and service center and I was told a) by AD that it might cost $1000-2000, and b) by service center that they typically refill it using laser or something to that effect and the cost is determined on a case-by-case basis.Have any of you used such a service from Patek?
