Great to be back
Greetings to all,It has been about 8 months since I have posted on the WTF and WOW it has grown.That is Awesome .I have been battling Colon Cancer and am currently Cancer free .The diagnosis happend quickly and my family took me to MD Anderson in Houston TX an awesome place with lots of hope. mdanderson.org/Oh yeah and now I am baldThey said it would happen, but a person must experience it to know how it really feels. two weeks after my first chemo, it happend. I stepped into the shower and my hair went down the drain. It went fast. In four days, more than half was gone! My silver locks fell on my suit coat and pillow. So in the end I just shaved it off. A thought came to me..If the hairs on my head are really numbered, I suppose that God's job just became easier. I do hope that this will not interfere in the extent of God's care. I shall be more considerate of that comparisson in the future. In the meantime I will affirm that Jesus Christ is the son of the living God and he died for o

Need Help Identifying Rolex (and its legitimacy)
A couple of months ago, I bought this watch at this event called the "nearly new sale" (a charity sale of clothing and other stuff for a local hospital). I think it was $10 when I bought it and had a tag on it that said "Rolex (?)". I would like to know what model number it is if it is real, and I don't know how to identify it on my own (and I'd prefer not to remove the back if at all possible). My mom, who I told should wear a nicer, automatic watch (she wears a $30 Fossil that she picked up at The Rack), tells me that she thinks it's a fake and it'd be impossible for me to pick up a Rolex that cheap.It's been sitting here for a while, but I finally got around to taking pictures of it and asking on the forums. I'm skeptical of it, but probably a bit optimistic too, as I had other ridiculous finds that day at the sale ($7 only-worn-once Ferragamo suede chukkas, $15 never-worn Brooks Brothers 2-piece suit, etc).Is there anyone who can help out, or at least point me in the right dire

Hamilton Chrono-Matic ?
Hi all..I have two post here.One about the Hamilton cal.691 .beat info request. Now I have this one I have found a 70's area Hamilton Chrono..Appears to be more of a dress version.By that I mean it isn't a Rotating bezel diver model.In fact it has no rotating nor fixed external applied bezel. The outer bezel area is gold capped. The back is screw down SS. With the hamilton crown centered,and the name Hamilton underneath. The front dial area.Has applied Roman numerals. The standard time hands,are gold finished,and the Chrono hands are blued. Three of each of course.. Seems to be a White or Cream colored dial. I have no particular Model namethe Hamilton reference number is stated to be 994127Hamilton Chrono-Matic I have a concern ..The seller states it is a Valjoux 7750. I can't find any info collaborating this statement with a Chrono-Matic. I've only found two Chrono-Matics and neither had any 7750 within. One was a Hamilton cal.11,the other a cal.12. Hi guysI wanted to pick your brain a bit regarding my decision of acquiring a PP Nautilus. Over the past couple of months I have been going back and forward between the 5712 steel, 5712R and even 5726. I think that I have it narrowed down to those 3. As you all know, finding a nautilus my AD has is not easy and my AD has them on order. Maybe next week I will see the light and finally be able to try them on before pulling the trigger.
