Orient question
I have a question about Orient watches. First thing, I am looking at a CEM65006DW for a daily "wearer". I currently have two Bulova Marine Star watches. I mainly wear a 96G77. It is a 100m "dive" watch. However, it is just quartz. I know that is really the "superior" way to tell time, but it feels so boring. I feel like I am looking down at some toy with a little battery making it work. Sorry if that is stupid, but the idea of a mechanical automatic watch powered by "me" seems so much more, ah, alive. Again, it sounds lame.1: Does Orient make their own watches? Or do they only make their own movements in house, and are they as vertically integrated with their production of movements (or the whole watch) as Seiko is? (I've heard Seiko to be 100% VI )2: Where can I find a good price for one of these watches that WILL ship to Canada? I am not sure where I would get one fixed AND, so far, it seems like Ebay is the only option. Any reputable dealers of them on Ebay?3: What could I expect f

For fun lets say you have this boss who is a complete jerk in fact he could careless about you or his other employes than one day he comes too you and say's, I have $100,000 dollars to spend on some new watches and he say's he want one pilots watch, one diver's watch, one dress watch and oneI don't know lets say a Lt Ed watch. Now here's what you can do, One you can take the money and buy the watches, Two take the money and run for the hills hoping he'll will never find out, OR three tell him off. Now since I don'twork even if I did because I'm on disability I hope I spelt that right anyway I would tell him off then take the money.:D

Curious if anyone knows how long the red 126600 run will last? Will Rolex perhaps cease production sometime this summer???History Guru¡¯s - How long have prior anniversary models lasted into production such as the 50th anniversary sub for instance? Thanks. :)
