It's still Rolex
I've seen all the uproar about the new price increases for Rolex and how people say it's just too much. I had time to read my new ForbesLife magazine this morning for the first time. Had a beautiful RMO12 Architect Tourbilion on the cover.I went straight to the watch section. Not one watch featured was a Rolex however the Rolex brand was mentioned twice in the copy. Showcased many VERY expesive watches not one of which was a Rolex however Rolex was still mentioned twice. Our Rolex watches are still what wristwatch means. Even more so today when wrist watches are not "needed" to tell time.

Seamaster Aqua Terra bracelet
Hey, I have ben looking at a Seamaster Aqua Terra at a local jewelers, it is a second hand 2002 model but it has the same bracelet as the 'James Bond' model Seamasters, did they ever do them with that style bracelet or was they all produced with the 'Oyster' style? 4R36 break in period
I got my SRP227 yesterday and got it all set up. This morning I set it to the Atomic clock and with the USNO clock at 0630 and I just checked and she is 8 secs slow at 1830,about 12 hours.What is a good break in period for her to settle in so to speak?

Frustrated!
I know this is stupid and I've voiced these frustrations before but as a "collector" I feel like I'm spinning my wheels, maybe, since I don't know why I keep buying watches and I can't even decide day to day which one I want to wear.My biggest dilemma is that I keep looking...wanting more, yet so many sit neglected. OK so here's a round-up...with pics...we all love pics right?These are one's I should spend the scoots on to have refurbished because they have great sentimental value. Problem is that I don't know where to get them done, no watch makers around I know of in my area.PLUS!!!
