Coming in 18 k red or white gold, the case is 21 mm wide by 41 mm in height. You can see that the case is equipped with four Sapphire Windows on each side of the case. I knew that it was pronounced "Ben Roos" with a soft "S" until someone told me it's pronounced "Ben Russ." Now I don't know, and am thinking it might even be "Ben Roo", but taking into consideration where they are from, my guess is still "Ben Roos."

Strap or band in hot weather or at the gym?
Here's another question that shows I have too much time on my hands...This question is really not for those who are going to say "I prefer bands, or I wear a band all the time so I don't know". Assuming you PREFER straps over bands, but do wear bands as well, do you choose a band over a strap in hot weather or when working out, so you won't sweat all over the inside of your leather straps? I work out almost daily and we have 90-100 degree heat outside so I am almost always perspiring to some degree. I am concerned that I will seriously shorten the lifespan if I sweat all over them every day during the summer. Should I rotating to my watches with bands if I'm going to be sweaty? Am I just being too anal?

5167R - bling or no bling
I'm considering a 5167r and, while I wouldn't wear a full gold watch, I've read some of the comments on this forum and it seems that some 5167r owners to feel differently about 5167r, in that it does not have the bling normally associated with gold watches. Is it still considered a sport watch in gold? I have a 5167a which I'm bonded to, but would consider flipping that for 5164a to complement 5167r. Appreciate any comments.
