Ebel 1215275 wrist watches news:
Pebble, the company that brought us the first truly usable smartwatch back in mid-2012, is back with another Kickstarter campaign for their next model, the Pebble Time. By way of a reminder, the first Pebble raised over $10 million on Kickstarter after initially seeking $100,000. Some 68,929 people pledged money to the project and as of the end of 2014 Pebble had sold a million of its cross platform smartwatch. We reviewed the Pebble and in its earlier state found it to be a good but not great watch. The Pebble Time is again available via the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter. They have updated almost every aspect of the watch. The case is now more rounded than the original and has a slight curve to it so as to fit the wrist. The case appears to be a bit wider than the original and has rounded corners to give it a slightly less boxy appearance. They also upgraded the bezel to make it PVD stainless steel over the plastic case. The Pebble Time is thinner than the original, which along wit

HiIm a new member. I was wondering what brand and model watch is this (see link). It is used by federal agent Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson)on the 4th season of the x files. The chapter " Max" of the 4th season has a close up of the watch dial.I found information about the other watches she uses: from 5th to 7th season she used an omega deville prestige 4260.23 ( i want to find an omega like that one :() and for the 8th season she used a men's omega deville prestige 4310.31. The character Agent Fox Mulder also uses omegaHere is a link if you are a fan of this show and omegas (you can find information here about the omegas used in the series)Chronocentric
Only through the forum did I stumble upon a thread that spoke about the AP warranty. One post mentioned registering online and getting an extended warranty, which I had no idea about. I simply logged on, created an account, which took 2 minutes, and now I have an extended warranty until 2022. Funny thing is the big pitch from all the ADs were that yes, I might be paying a bit more through them but it's the only way to get a full 5 year warranty. So incase any others might be out there like me that were deceived, just don't know about this or just have not bothered to do so, it's absolutely worthwhile. Just downright deceptive of the ADs to do that.
So I had to share my excitement with everyone as I just picked up my first Planet Ocean. A 42mm version with the 2500 movement. I luv it. Thought at first it my be too big for my 6 3/4 wrist, but turns out it fits just perfect. It even looks smaller than my 41.5mm Seamaster Chrono. Maybe due to the height difference. Anyhow I'm glad I went with this instead of the Speedmaster I was looking at. I really like the brushed SS bracelet it comes with too. Very cool. Great watch.Happy 4th everyone!
