- Wow....this watch is terrific...though I agree with some of the other reviewers, it could be a man's watch...I have a wrist, still have plenty of watchband left....it you're looking for a substantial watch, this is it.

Omega 123.20.27.20.53.001 wrist watches news:
IWC has a wonderful history of no nonsense, beautiful, and impactful wristwatches. I'm talking Mark XI pilots watches, Ingenuiers, and of course, the Portuguese. To be fair, there isn't a more important IWC family to any real collector than the Portuguese, and just yesterday, IWC released a 164-page online book about this most important collection. 1 OF 3 This online book covers not only the earliest days of the Portuguese family – including how many examples of the early reference 325 were made and in which series – but also every subsequent variation of the Portuguese family. Of note, you will find a detailed section on the Jubilee models of 1993, which revived the collection, and on the several limited edition pieces – some of which I bet you've never even seen. 2 OF 3 This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Portuguese and this a great way to encourage collecting and scholarship of this family. You can read the entire 164

Earlier this month I had a thread asking for help in deciding which Hamilton to get myself for Christmas. It is my first Hamilton. Here is the unveiling as promised....thanks all!
I'm looking for a new watch and to me the Omega Seamaster beats the Rolex Submariner, both on specs and price. However, these watches are big at 41-42 mm, isn't it just to big for a slim 1,78 person like me without fat wrists?
So I'm considering a YM 116622 in either blue or rhodium grey. As I'm perusing the posts, it seems it's not one of the favored Rolex models on the forum. I've noticed a couple of common themes:---Some people think it has an identity crisis (not sporty or dressy)---Some people have referred to it as feminineI think it's a great looking watch and am wondering if it's the price point that makes it a bit of a red-headed stepchild on the forum?Curious to get some thoughts...
