Glash¨¹tte/Saxony, 15 March 2010Antares, the brightest star in the Scorpio constellation provides the name for a new, classically designed family of watches by M¨¹hle-Glash¨¹tte. The four Antaria models do the name proud: of shining design, the silky shimmering faces are available in the colours anthracite or opaline silver ¨C while the mechanisms with their fine graining and high-quality mechanical parts set accents. The Antares star is more than 500 light years away from the Earth. Luckily, the family of watches named after it is not beyond our reach, for the four new models by Nautische Instrumente M¨¹hle-Glash¨¹tte have a lot to offer, both from a technical and an aesthetic point of view. The MU 9408 chronograph mechanism of the Antaria chronograph doubtlessly exerts the greatest fascination. It has been a week and my Seiko SQBK079's seconds is exactly the same with the atomic clock. It will be interesting to see the time 1 year from now as the 8F32 Cal claims +/-20s per year accuracy.
Hi,I am new to this forum and im not sure if I am posting in the right place. I recently bought a Hugo Boss chronograph watch which has been back twice in 2 weeks. When I got it home I realised that the minute counter for the stopwatch wouldnt reset to the 12 o'clock position exactly. So I sent it to swico who replaced the watch with a brand new one. The replacement seemed fine but the clasp was really rough on one of the inside edges so it was really uncomfortable to wear. I sent it back again and they replaced the clasp and sent it back yesterday. Now I thought I should have a perfect watch but I have noticed that the second hand for the chronograph stopwatch has some movement to it even when its stopped. If I turn the watch side to side you can see there is a minor movement where the second hand moves. I cant see this being normal as none of my other watches do this. Any ideas?
Are all Breitling¡äs applied logos in Gold ?
I have tried the 425, its not really doing much for me, even though I like the dialwhich I think its more special than just 3, 6, 9, 12.Now I can't get the 424 (no date) out of my mind ... Any 424 owner? What do you think about the watch?
