With a diameter of 40 mm, the new Patravi ChronoDate Ladies offers a bold, classic-sporty look. The bezel is set with 48 diamonds weighing .8 ct. Dial choices include contemporary white and elegant mother-of-pearl. A stainless steel bracelet, or a strap in python or Louisiana alligator skin, add the finishing touch. The large, framed date below 12 makes reading the date easier and faster. Carl F. Bucherer has used this type of date indication for decades. Combined with an appearance that is radiant in every sense, this big date and the chronograph features provide further proof of Carl F. Bucherer¡¯s technical expertise, constructive skill, and consistent design standards. Both inside and out, the Patravi ChronoDate Ladies continues to turn heads long after it has made its first impression.Technical details appear below the images, which may be enlarged with a click.Facts & Figures: Patravi ChronoDate LadiesReference number: 00.10611.08.23.12Movement: automatic, CFB 1956 caliber, di
Hi, I have a 1970's (I think) Longines wrist watch in gold which has been back and forth to a local-ish repairer twice (each time costing a fortune) and I would now like to remove the back and see for myself what is going on - I have a suspicion that it is simply dirty since it runs fine for a day or so and then stops, starts, stops again etc etc - but I am no watchmaker so I'm just guessing and curious. I cannot locate a method of removing the back and cannot see any leverage slots for a removal tool.If anyone has any ideas about how to remove the back of this watch I would be grateful before I start wielding something :-)I have attached a photo of the watch back. Many Thanks, Richardwatch_small.jpg
Hi All,I am looking at getting a pair of watches with the wife to celebrate our upcoming 25th wedding anniversary and am considering the Patek Gondolo 5124g and the Twenty-4 as the pair. It seems that the Gondolo isn't a very popular model and I wanted to get everyone's opinion on this watch. Do you think it fits well into my current collection (pictured below)? For me, it ticks a few boxes as it has a blue face and blue strap (I love blue), it is a time only watch (so goes well with my patrimony and submariner) and would add a square/rectangular watch in the collection. I would be particularly interested to hear opinions from those who own (or have owned) the Gondolo. Appreciate everyone's input.
Question to the specialists, does the 16520 MK3 '91-'93 have also a champaign color dial?Or was it only with the 16528?Thanks for helping
