- This is the most beautiful watch I've ever seen. I've received compliments multiple times a day everyday. I bought it for full price at the store for $225, wish I bought it on [WEB] though. It has a good amount of weight to it, so it feels substantial. You do have to be careful with it, but I have worn it everyday with average activity and it's been fine. I've now had my watch for 6 weeks. Scratches also don't show because it's ceramic. The clasp is really secure too. It's the most money I've ever spent on a watch, but it was well worth it!!

Emporio Armani AR2411 wrist watches news:
A visit to the Patek Philippe museum sparks a discussion of just how little new stuff we see in the watch world. At the same time we talk about the new Seiko Active Matrix EPD e-ink watch which helps define the future of timepieces.Listen to HourTime Show watch podcast episode 37 here.
I finally got my new divers. I am very pleased with the overall quality of these guys. The Deporte is powered by the ST16 movement and the 32 Degrees have the Miyota 8205. BTW, what is the difference between the 8215 and the 8205 anyway? The 32 Degrees divers are HUGE! I am more of a 35mm (dress) & 40-42mm (sporty) kind of guy so I'm not sure I'll be able to wear them. It just feels too big on my wrist and I'm afraid I won't be able to pull it off. They are 47mm wide (50mm including crown)!!!!! The Deporte is ~44mm wide but does not wear nearly as big. I think it is because it is sort of boxy and doesn't have long lugs. The lume on these divers are nice. The Deporte hands glow like they are radioactive but the printed dial fades within a few minutes. The 32 Degrees dial and hands are more evenly matched and glow very brightly. The crowns on the 32 degrees screw down without a hitch, like my Invicta 8926. But this Deporte has a bad first thread. It takes a few tries to get it going but
Aside from gold value (where it applies), why do IWC watches cost so much?Curious about your thoughts.
HiA friend has a 1970's single button Pulsar LED watch with a red crystal. The problem is that the batteries leaked and ruined the circuitry. Does anybody know if there are any replacement boards for this watch?ThanksTony
Hi,After owning the Speedmaster Pro for 3 years, I have began to realize that it keeps better time with the chronograph running than when it is not. I have timed it (time.gov) and it is spot on with the chrono running. When it is not, the time keeping would be +6 /day (average over 1 week) I have 3 questions about my 3 years old Speedmaster Pro:1) Is it usual to have the time keeping different with the chronograph running? 2) Is there something wrong with my Speedy to have different time keeping when the chrono running and when it's not?3) Will it cause unnecessary wear and tear of the mechanism within if the chrono is left running all the time?Interestingly, when I brought it to a authorized watchmaker to check on its time keeping( with the chrono NOT running), he reports that it is spot on and does not require any regulation when it is +6/day over that 1 week.Perhaps his accuracy machine is off?Thank you all for your replies...Here's a pic of it with my Seamaster Titanium:Cheers!!
