Buyer Beware
Placed order for a Riedenschild watch from a internet based watch sales store listed as an authorized dealer for this watch company did not use one of the forums sponsors, regretting it now lesson learned. Placed order on 4/8/08 paid for priority shipping money has been deducted out of bank account used my visa check card, problem now is can not contact store to see if watch has shipped have sent e-mails have left several voice massages no response my account for this site shows my order but there has been no updates since i placed the order has anybody had a similar experience and is there any suggestions as to what steps i can take to recover my money or get my watch really have a feeling i have been scammed appreciate any help.

Vintage Benrus Confusion... New watch collector
I am new to the world of watch collecting, etc. new to forum also. I recently purchased a ¡®lot¡¯ of watches from an estate sale, including a couple of gruen¡¯s, a longines, an empire? and an old looking Benrus that was made either for a very petite woman or adolescent female. I have not had any luck in researching its origins. I will include the pics that I have taken, but what I know so far the number on the outside back of the case seems to be irrelevant, there is a hand etched number on the inside of the back of the case, believe it is W-764-V-, on the inside of the fixed white gold band it reads ¡°BENRUS 1/6 10K GF¡± it appears that there are two small diamonds, one on the top of the bezel and one on the bottom. can anyone help me with this?

Flying out from Hong Kong just now and as I walked into the rolex boutique at the airport a no date sub just got wrapped up with the plastic for display they told me it literally just got to the store I said let¡¯s do it and transaction completed within 5 mins they said they will be waiting for me at the gate on my return flight yay Feeing lucky today Pics later ....Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
