Breitling A2536313/G552/442X wrist watches news:
By Sara Levine , Leslie Milk From a playful poker watch to a rugged Timex Ironman to a $54,000 diamond-encrusted Rolex, the watches that Washingtonians wear can say a lot about themIn an age of cell phones and BlackBerries, few people need watches to tell time. Why do so many people still wear them? For some, watches are fashion accessories. For others, the watches they wear send a message about how they see themselves and how they want others to perceive them.Stylish urbanites, young tycoons, and CEOs use their timepieces to let the world know how with it or successful they are. Presidents and presidential candidates sport low-cost watches to show they¡¯re regular guys¡ªthen, when they leave office for higher-paying work, they change what¡¯s on their wrist faster than you can say ¡°tick tock.¡±Bill Clinton¡¯s Panerai Luminor is based on a design created for the Italian navy¡ªthe large face can be read underwater. After the wait, the day finally came when my Cave Dweller arrived. I've been waiting for this one since Keith decided to do a 2nd generation. I took it to my Jeweler to have it sized. Let me tell you, this one will not be a disppointment. I will forgo a review until I have worn it a few weeks. Until then, here are my pics. The 2nd generation is offered with your choice of Miyota 8215 or ETA 2824-2 automatic in 4 dial colorsBlack, Grey, Yellow, or Blue. You have 3 choices of finish except blue. For black, grey and yellow you can choose all stainless, stainless with partial PVD bezel, or all PVD. The blue dial, you can choose all stainless, or partial PVD bezel. To those who may be on the fence, do not wait too long or they will be gone. I have kicked myself for not getting the 1st generation, and I made a promise to myself that I wasn't going to let this happen. I am glad I was one of the first ones to receive theres, so I can enjoy it and show it off. Thanks for looking!
help: if to choose between the 2, which would you pick? :) thanks
My AT is running very fast, couple minutes per hour. The watch is 4 years old, never had a problem before today. Should I take to an Omega service centre or to a watch repair shop. The watch retailed for 9K. Thought please.
Have suddenly come upon the chance to get either one of these two at a retail price.Which one will be a better purchase in terms of long term value and 'iconic'ness?I have 2 rolexes right now - a sub date ceramic, and a vintage red sub.
