Lousy Cartier Watch Service; Contact Info of Cartier Workshop in Switzerland
I am having an extremely bad experience with Cartier watch serivce in Hong Kong, which is run by Richemont Asia Pacific. Can someone please help me find the contact info of the workshop in Switzerland where parts shipments are made worldwide? Let me tell you why I want to contact the workshop. Briefly, the back of the middle case of my Basculante was scractched during Cartier service and I asked for a free case back replacement. The service people of Richemont kept saying the part was no longer available and asked me to settle for polishing. Luckily, I found out from other sources the part is in fact available, though expensive (and that's why they lied). I presented them this fact and they suddently said they were able to find a new part and agreed to a free replacement, but the part from Cartier's workshop in Switzerland would take 10-12 weeks to arrive. I waited for two months. When I went to collect the watch a few days ago, I felt that the case back is too shinny and smoot

Trade ROO Elephant for New Style ROC?
I'm currently an AP ROO Elephant owner, which I absolutely love. However, like all watch sickos afflicted with the sickness, I have developed eyes for another. I'm considering trading up to a new style ROC (black dial, silver sub dials). I've been drawn to the style of the ROC and I think I'm ready for a bracelet again. I also have a small wrist (6-ish) and moving from a 42mm to a thinner 41mm will be an easier wear on my wrist.I'm quite tortured by this decision as I can't quite seem to pull the trigger. The Elephant has held its value incredibly well since I acquired it a year ago and I'm a bit concerned with the ROC doing the same as I like variety in my collection and am regularly flipping every 1 - 2 years or so.Want to get some feedback from the community. Am I crazy? Any and all ROC pics from current owners would be wonderful!Thanks in advance for your help.

Planet Ocean 2201.50 black dial & blue rubber?
My 2201.50 is almost 10 years old, and since my daughter was born 5 years ago my collection has remained stagnant.My shore/beach attire has moved to more navy blues.I would not want to trade any of my watches, but I was contemplating switching out the OEM black rubber strap for a OEM blue one.Has anyone ever since this or done it? How does it look? Any pictures?I am not sure how the black dial would accent the blue rubber.Any insight or opinions are appreciated.Thanks

Hi,Have had my PAM 359 for 4 years now. Don't wear it a crazy amount thought. Maybe once every two weeks. I noticed yesterday that the date window doesn't flick to the next date. It starts rotating slowly around the 11 o'clock mark. This model has the Panerai in-house movement. Not sure if this is normal. I never thought it was weird until i started wearing my rolexes. That the date window snap into the next date at the 12 o'clock time mark. Should i be worried or is this right?Thank you
