- I loved the watch (and it was on sale), however, the face was a bit . This is a large watch. If you are ok with that feature, then you'll love it. I returned as I wanted a 'not so huge' everyday watch.

Since I am away over the holidays I think I will take more than one with me. So what will you wear during the following days? For me it will be some wgf since I plan to wear at least once some silver cufflinks:A classy dress watch, so the Linwood:Last but not least one of the Endicotts:Besides that I wish you a Merry Christmas, many nice gifts and cheerful days with your family and friends. And to our friends on the other side of the world, how is your summer this year? Our winter is very, hm, snowy and cold but then white christmas is something really nice.
Hello, first post! I just bought a Hamilton Pocket Watch and need some assistance in identifying it and finding out how to set it. Here are some pictures. It is not the prettiest, but I love the patina and the wear of it. I was told that based on the serial number it was made in 1898.IMG_3460.jpgIMG_3462.jpgIMG_3463.jpgIMG_3464.jpgIMG_3465.jpgIn one picture there is a piece of metal under the screw that moves back and forth, I thought it was the set lever, but moving it does not affect the stem. I can wind the watch, but the stem does not pull out. I was going to wait for it to stop and then wait until time matches whatever the watch says and wind it up.Thanks!George
I have a seiko diver that i bought after lurking here for a while. I wear it every day and love it. It does have a tendancy to pick up a minute every 5-6days or so. I read somewhere that there was a way to lay the watch overnight (the only time I dont wear it) so that it will slow it. Any suggestions?
I used to own one and would like to get one for my girlfriend.Question is, how small can it be made? in terms of inches.I seem to remember it had six removable links, is that correct? Will it fit a 5 wrist? Ot be too large? Thanks
