- I received this watch in pink and I couldn't be happier. I saw this watch on someone in the retail industry 2 years ago and I have wanted it since then. Thanks to the site and flex pay, I can now afford it. In addition, getting it at the event price was a double blessing. The watch is just beautiful and everything I thought it would be.

I made a post about this one a couple of months back, some loss of plating on the caseback, logo off dial. this one came to me in a swap deal and I just put it in a box and never bothered with it. I asked a question of maybe putting the ETA 2892-2 movement in a different branded watch, I believe a couple of you asked why Anyways I sent it off to the local RW agents and had them fix the logo and give an opinion of the plate loss. I got it back today and the logo is fixed and they reckon that with the plate loss being only on the caseback and not visible when worn, maybe it is not needed to get it fixed. I have worn it for the past few hours, guess what I really like it and cannot believe I let it sit in a box for nearly a year.
Hi guys. Ok, as alway I need your advice in what would be a better decision. I like movements and PP drive me nuts in a good way in that area. Currently my focus has been set solely on the 5712 in either ss or Rose Gold. Lately , I came across the Patek 5205 (either grey of black) which has a similar dial to the PP 5626. So, what do you guys think? What is the model to go for? Is the 5712 out shined by the 5205? Or, is the 5726 the way to go between those 4? Movement wise, are the 5205 and the 5726 the same? I know the 5712 movement is a beauty with the micro rotor but the 5626 is also great. All that said, thoughts? Knowledge? Words of wisdom? Here are some pics of the models from the Internet. On another watch forum, a couple of gentlemen are propagating the rumor that steel Subs will be discontinued in 2018, to be replaced with white gold special edition versions. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?I'm incredulous myself, but considering the massive steel Sub shortage and also the fact that Rolex had the audacity to make a watch as iconic as the Pepsi GMT into an exclusively PM model, I cannot say I would be entirely surprised.Thoughts? Opinions? Has anyone here also encountered these rumors? Cheers!
Does anyone know if it is possible to find archived versions of Rolex websites. I just thought it would be nice to nostalgically be able to look at the site for example from 2007, when I was first looking at my Sea-Dweller.
