How do you set the date on Hamilton Automatic?
I wanted to set the date on my Hamilton Estoril and I wanted to know how to set the date. Also can I manually wind the automatic? I know that you can wind certain automatic models as well as let it wind using your arm motions.Such a newbie question, I knowbut then again instruction manuals are more often than not available.

Treated myself to an early Christmas gift Just pulled it out of the box and thought I would post some pics for all of you before I start playing around with it :)One of the new 44mm IWC Aquatimers just released this year. Titanium bracelet question
I understand titanium is stronger and lighter than steel; but, does are the scratches more prevelant and more often?

Knock Around Beater...
Back before the WTF changed over to this set-up, I saw one of these for sale:(photo lifted from the web)I forget what the guy wanted for it, but I didn't get it. I've been thinking about getting another beater (that's not an Invicta), and started thinking about picking one up.I was just wondering if any of you Seiko-Nuts here had one and, if so, how you like it. I could take or leave the interior rotating ring. Has that presented any problems?I know it's no OM but, for what will truly be a beater (camping, hostile environment photography, etc), I think it might fit the bill. At 43mm, it's certainly a size I like.Any thoughts?
