Girard Perregaux 2520 wrist watches news:
Thanks guys. It helps to know all your secets. Sam has a few tricks of his own. Hiding it in plain site seems to be his favorite. I know how hard he works. I know this is his hobby and gives him pleasure. (This is called, "false sense of security". I am, waiting for his watch expenditures to equal the cost of that lovely five carat Asscher cut diamond. Last check was $170,000.00. So, Sam, go right ahead and think you are getting away with your little sneaky ways. You don't think we are called "the fairer sex" for nothing. Fair is fair.)Now, what was your wife's name? Good luck,Jan
Here are 2 really nice Swiss cased Gruens...both in 18KWG. Both are 17J Caliber 119 movements. The one with the black dial has the ultra rare gold anniversary movement. The other with the original dail has the most beautiful ungraved case sides. Movement photos are on page 2. Both have the original sold white gold Gruen signed buckles. How rare is that??? One is the an original Gubelin box so it might have been marketed and sold by Gubelin in Switzerland. The other in it's original long blue Gruen box.
Finally...Hold onmy links are not working. Editing in progress...Aah, here we go. Jacques Lemans and Citizen are new. Invicta is what I have been wearing all this time. Rotation starts as soon as I resize the bracelets. :)
i have a ploprof 1200, a POC 9300, speedy 3570.50 and a bullhead.....i love the iconic watches and I'm a big guy (6'2 250) so a 42mm is minimum for me now.....i may wind up flipping a hulk or my yacht master tt blue dial cause i don't dig em so much now....any suggestions on my next watch? maybe a dssd but like omegas more now....
Apparently Richemont in the US has now adopted a policy where they refuse to sell parts of all the watches in their stable to anyone who is not associated with Richemont. I have been told the same kind of Policy has been adopted by Rolex and others. That makes things very difficult for those who don't have a descent AD associated with Richemont. Richemont in Ft Worth is no longer returning calls about service of their brands. While they own IWC, there are still IWC centers where service can be had descently for watches out of warranty, like Superior Watch Service in New York. However Panerai is not one that I can find any reliable service for. Possibly in the future I will just have to avoid purchase of any of the brands owned by Richemont and possibly divest myself of my Panerai's.
