Girard Perregaux 2598 wrist watches news:
Some watch enthusiasts love modern pieces while some of us love vintage, there¡¯s no right or wrong. But if you love shiny new things, this round-up features new watches from A. Lange & S?hne, IWC, Angelus, Tudor, and more. And as for a bonus, we even feature an over the top watch winder from LumiSidus, coated in 24k gold.Shiny new things aside, we also take a look at vintage watches, and we are turning our attention to a much overlooked brand, Breitling. We also take a look at which vintage piece watch journalists would buy if money were no object. Finally, we visit the workshop of independent watchmakers Gr?nefeld in Oldenzaal, Netherlands, to see how they make their unique watches.1. A. Lange & S?hne Zeitwerk Minute Repeater Watch Hands-OnEvery year, A. Lange & S?hne announces a new ¡°hero¡± watch at SIHH. Breitling has expanded their Transocean Chronograph line, with the introduction of a GMT version into the range. The new Breitling Transocean Chronograph GMT makes for a practical and no-nonsense addition to this range of vintage inspired watches. The Transocean has been a successful line for Breitling, offering their well known name on watches that exhibit a more classic styling that is reminiscent of their Top Time models from the 1960's. You can see watches-dealer hands-on review of the Breitling Chronomat 44 GMT with the same movement here. The Transocean Chronograph GMT will be available in either steel or red gold and will measure 43mm wide. Buyers will have their choice of a white or black guilloche dial, but the entire production will be limited to 2000 units in steel and just 200 units in red gold. So, while the case size remains the same as the standard Transocean Chronograph, the limited edition GMT gets an upgraded dial along with its GMT functionality. The Transocean Chrono

Ok, after 6 weeks of shopping I pulled the trigger on the 5270. I know that the 5970 is iconic but this piece is far superior as a grand complication perpetual calendar chronograph. Thanks to hutchman for his perspective and to Alan for getting his first. Unfortunately no wrist shots until Fri or sat. I am traveling and no room in the bag. So FedEx for Friday delivery. And yest that is the only other pic I took. Going to see it again later tonight. Going to Patek Event and will take Pics.
