Glashutte 39-34-20-42-04 wrist watches news:
I tried to purchase the new Aqua Terra. However, if was very difficult to find an AD that had one in stock. I was told if I ordered one, I would have to purchase it. I would have liked to seen the watch before purchase. Many jewelers also seem to have stopped carrying Omega watches. I think Connecticut has only 3 or 4 jewelers that carry Omega. I almost purchased the older Aqua Terra with the 1120 movement that was greatly discounted.
I purchased my first new Seiko in about 13 years last week.....my last 3 Seikos were first generation Kinetics that were troublesome to say the least....and the experience with the service center in New Jersey soured me to the point where I swore I'd never buy another Seiko......Fast forward to the present. For a long time I've wanted an Orange Monster, but worried that it might dwarf my rather spindly wrists. I finally pulled the trigger last week and I'm a happy guy. It seems to be just the right size, looks fantastic, and I expect it to give many long years of service without the hassles my old kinetics gave me.
a swiss company (Vacheron Constantin) developed a very very unqiue time piece with various types of government securities.http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1224...cle-outset-boxI wonder how many companies will follow suit to adopt or even develop new ideas to mitigate counterfeits and fakes being sold worldwide to unsuspecting individuals?
Greetings, friends!I had posted this on another forum, but I also want to post here for my TRF friends... :DIt's the Omega Speedmaster Perpetual Calendar Chronograph Moonphase, LE of 50 for Japanese market only, ref. BA 175.0037, celebrating the 700th anniversary of Switzerland. According to the Omega Museum website, it's apparently the most complicated watch Omega has made in series.I've always wanted a highly complicated watch, and I never imagined I would find one that is not only an Omega, but a Speedmaster. George (Kringkily) was been stellar in helping me to acquire it. It's a modular movement -- ETA 2892 with Kelek perpetual module -- but it checks lots of boxes for me and is a wonderful addition. It's 39mm in diameter and 13.5mm thick (almost a full mm thinner than a Speedy Pro!).In fact, it's even reduced the number of watches I still want, since it's hard to follow this one. :PWithout further ado, some early photos...but take my word that it's way prettier in person (kinda li
I know that Bergeon 6825 is highly recommended, but I think it is way overpriced at $190. Does anyone know anything about this? https://.banggood/Watch-Brace...r_warehouse=CN
