- I received this watch yesterday, and I totally LOVE it. It is such a 'classy' looking watch. A watch that you can either dress 'up' or 'down'.I took the watch to a jeweler to have 2 links removed and everyone in the jewelry store commented on how very 'pretty' the watch was. They went on about it. They thought it was much more expensive than what I paid for it.

Hublot 365.PM.1780.LR wrist watches news:
As the 2015 auction calendar comes to its end, New York City takes center stage. While the much awaited Speedmaster auction takes place at at Christie's next week, there's also a more under-the-radar sale at Bonhams today – and this catalog may have been slightly overlooked, so there's a chance here for collectors to find great vintage watches without too much bidding competition. Let's take a look at four lots you should watch out for this afternoon, including a very interesting Omega Speedmaster with a bearish estimate. Patek Philippe Reference 3417 Amagnetic 1 OF 9 Quirky would probably be the best word to describe the Amagnetic from Patek Philippe. It combines the classical elegance of a dress watch with a characteristic (resistance to magnetic fields) of a tool watch, something absolutely unique in Patek's offering until the introduction of the Nautilus in the mid-1970s. First, the case is in stainless steel, a very rare metal for vin
have been eyeing the 15450 in YG for some time now.thought it'd be too small at 37mm, relative to the jumbo.but dammit if it doesn't wear oh so nicely.have a day-date president in YG (36mm), and the 15450 feels so much more substantial on wrist. having the DD has gotten me accustomed to enjoying sub-39mm sizes.but the heft and case lugs make the 15450 wear larger than 37.unsure if having 2 YG full bracelet watches is just too much.the DD is a perennial classic, understated and gentlemanly.whilst the 15450 is pure stunning... but the size allows it to be such without having to scream outloud for attention... which, IMO, might be the case if 40mm (given my wrist isn't particularly large at 7).as nice as the OR with grey dial is, the YG with blue is the clear winner for me.
Was wondering if I could get some input from the members. Last week I dropped my RO15300 off at the AD for a service. It's been about 7 years since the watch was last seen by AP. The watch was keeping good time but the power reserve was down to 6-10 hours, hence the service. Once I noticed the power reserve issue, the watch went straight into the safe and didn't see a wrist again. Watch has never seen water or been dropped. Was worn in rotation pretty evenly with 5 other watches. When I dropped the watch off at the AD they said that the service would run approximately $1300 CAD ($1000 USD). Sounded about right to me. Yesterday, the AD called me back and said that they had received an estimate from the APSC in Canada at $4000 CAD ($3100 USD)!!! I was told that the watch required a CTR - Complete Technical Revision. I had never heard the term before and can't even find too much about it online. I have submitted a contact request on the AP website but while I wait for a response, I though
HiJust wondering if anybody has ever complained to Omega about a fault with there watch?I have just come back from holidaying in Mexico where I bought a PLANET OCEAN 600 M OMEGA CO-AXIAL CHRONOGRAPH 45.5 MM from the OMEGA Boutique La Boutique Palacio at Fashion Harbour La Isla, Blvd. This was bought on Saturday the 27th December. I only wore it on the Saturday night, then again on the Sunday night. On the monday night while in a restaurant I noticed that the bottom chronograph pusher was sticking out unusually far. I took my watch off to investigate and to my horror could pull the pusher right out of the watch as it had become detached!!! I had never even pressed this button since owning the watch as the shop set the time and date!!This was not what I was expecting from a 3 day old Omega watch. I was flying home the next day so didn't have chance to go back to the shop so I have had to take it to my local dealer to send back to Omega.I'm not one to usually complain but I'm really annoy
Is it possible to find details on when a particular reference/model line was produced and find out how many examples were manufactured/distributed?Thanks.
