Headed to Europe
Guess this summers trip will be Europe for 3 weeks, all expense paid. I don't really want to go - no reason I have to tour there,BUT since I have to go does any one have any suggestions as to shopping, sites,or mostly what watch to take? I think I'll just take a G-Shock since I hear theft is common and plus I can quickly change time zones.We are going to England , Scotland, Switzerland, France and Italy

PO Liquidmetal I and II
I was looking for a tough daily beater to give my DJII a break. I couldn't decide between the Rolex Submariner Ceramic and Omega Planet Ocean. I like the Sub because of the new ceramic bezel and liked the PO for it's modern style. Flew to the US to visit my AD but was told that the PO was out of stock. Tried on the Sub-C but it felt small when compared to my DJII. So it looks like I was going home empty handed until my AD brought out a box containing the PO LM. Right off the bat, my AD offers me the PO LM for the same price as the PO so I do not have to wait 8 weeks for the PO. My lucky day! The best of both worlds. A ceramic/liquidmetal bezel and the contemporary styling of the PO. The deal was too good to pass up so I asked if I could buy 2. Unfortunately my AD had already sold 5 and only had 1 left but a quick phone call to Omega North America President and a 2nd PO LM was on its way to my AD. 3 days and almost $8,000 later I have 2 PO LMs in my hands. Strap replacement suggestions for my GMT
Hoping for some advice on a more comfortable strap to put on my 116710LN... Much as I love it, the chunky clasp digs in to the underside of my wrist so much I need to take it off.Can anyone suggest a nice classy fabric, leather or rubber bracelet out there that looks good and might help me?Never had this issue with my previous GMT (the tin can clasp was inferior but at least comfortable!)
