TAG Heuer CV2013.FC6206 wrist watches news:
As I sit in the lounge awaiting a non-stop flight to Houston, I can't help but contrast the banality of my upcoming flight against the razor's edge reality of flying an Apollo mission. I'll be flying in a modern aircraft, ferried from one computer-controlled terminal to another, in relative comfort. The risks are negligible and my "training" can be effectively ignored for about three minutes as the plane taxis to the correct runway. Once underway, my only duties are to relax, read a book and likely eat more food and drink more coffee than my hunger warrants. To force the term, my "mission" is to act as cargo for roughly four and a half hours until arriving in Houston, wherein Omega has invited me to a celebration of Apollo 13, the Omega Speedmaster, and a few of the actual people that ferried their iconic chronograph into the final frontier and then relied upon its mechanical capabilities to bring them home.In contrast, by the time they made it to their mission, Apollo astronauts were
Any idea what Omega may introduce this year at Basel?
My company has a sales referral program for all of us that are not in sales. I had been making what I thought were just enough referrals to keep the boss off my a** and never checked to see if anyone ever purchased anything from my referrals. In threads elsewhere, certain watches got negative votes because it/they didn't have a see-through case back. This made me curious.Assuming you can comfortably afford it, would you ignore a really good watch (I'm being vague on purpose to avoid prejudice) simply because it had a steel or gold case back instead of an exhibition one?My opinion: It's nice to have but certainly no deal breaker by any means. Besides...I never wear them with the dial down anyway!
Ralph Laurendidn't notice till i downloaded pic and the gold hands jumped at me:)
