Hublot 341.SX.7917.PR.1979 wrist watches news:
Hello. New member from North Carolina, USA.Very much enjoy the info on this site and look forward to learning and viewing some wonderful time pieces.Over the holidays I was presented w/ a Longines Cosmopolitan watch. This watch is used and is in excellent condition. I've spent several hours on the web trying to learn about my watch. Sadly, I've found nothing. No pictures, no info. Model number, date of manufacture (possibly 1994) and value are some of the information I'd like to learn. If any information is available about this Longines Cosmopolitan watch, I'd sincerely be appreciative if someone would share. In addition, please share business name that can supply a couple extra band links. Hopefully my pic will be included w/ this thread.Best,M3Racer
Hi everyone, I have just bought a vintage Tissot Seastar Visodate PR-516 for my father-in-law for his birthday and I am hoping someone here might be able to help me date it.It is a manual wind, stainless steel case and silver dial model and the seriel number on the movement is 7924590. I think it is from around 1965 but would love to know for sure. Also, most of the Seastar's I've seen since seem to have an automatic movement. Is the manual wind quite rare? Many thanksDavid Howlett

According to the Breitling site, our crystals have anti-reflective coating on both sides. So how scratch-resistant is this coating? Will scratches in the coating show? Just want to know how much more careful I need to be with this watch.
Does anybody know approximately how many turns it takes to wind a 324 from a complete stop?
