- This watch is beautiful but the time part of the watch is very and hard to read. Also had a very hard time changing out the band. Took three days of concentration to figure out how to change the band without damaging the watch!

At the risk of opening a recent wound, I'm going to ask something regarding Edouard Lauziers. I'm only asking because they're still a sponsor here.When we got the WTF LTD's, there was a photo contest, which I won. The prize was $300.00 off the purchase of an EL watch. The notiication letter and prize was sent to me by Gerry Diffine.Think the prize is still redeemable?

One year since I picked this up and I wear it daily, a perfect modern Patek in my opinion. And I'm wondering if the other two pieces I'm interested in would get any wrist time, I'm waiting for a 5524G pilot and considering the new 5320G perpetual. Opinions? I'm thinking the Pilot for weekends but am having a hard time with when I'd wear the vintage looking perpetual. Do you guys think it would work as a daily with casual attire, jeans and a polo, my uniform?

I was really trying to resist getting the Patek 5990. I think this watch had a gravitational pull…. on me at least. I love my Patek 5164 dual time as it is so easy to change the time setting without messing anything else up, it is under the radar when traveling, and so easy to wear--- but I also love chronographs… I also like the look and feel of my Nautilus 5712. This has to be one the most comfortable watches i have ever worn.. well i do digress--I had written to my Patek AD some time back and never heard back. I assumed either they missed the email and/or did not have but it not being the best time for me to buy-- i let it go.. But thanks or maybe no thanks to someone on this site - who shall remain nameless or lets just call him the enabler --- mentioned to me that their AD (which happened to be mine albeit for a shorter period of time) had one in stock… Well the rest is history… I just sold my PAM 311 which is dual time, chrono and PR indicator that i also liked but fou
