Hublot 361CR1110RR1913AWF wrist watches news:
After waiting and watching the auctions and sales forums, I finally pulled off the purchase that I had been patiently waiting foran Orbita Monaco 6 head winder. Winder has been gently used and I would guess is about 6-7 yrs old. Finish was sold as a Cherry but I'm not so sure of that, perhaps you guys can weigh in on your thoughts. The motors are a little more noisy than I would have thought but perhaps that is due to age or the style of motor. There were two deciding factors for me on this1) the six heads, have to have room to expand (which was the first comment the wife made was 'great does this mean your gonna buy more watches'). 2) I needed the drawer for the non-automatic watches, extra bands and pocket watches. Here are some pics for your enjoyment :)
I posted this over in the Invicta Forum, but wanted to post it here, as well, to give one of our sponsors a little more love from some folks (those Hamilton types!) who might not otherwise see it!Recently, I found a Times Square Automatic on eBay:I really liked the watch; nice and hefty. But, I really wasn't blown away by the simple black strap. I just knew that a nicer strap would make this watch something special.I think I may have succeeded:Thanks to The Watch Prince for the superb strap and clasp! I really like the way this watch looks now. I can't imagine making a better choice than the brown croc strap and, frankly, I think I'm developing an unhealthy addiction to deployment clasps.Anyway, I think the new
I've read a thread few days ago that the FC carbon diver will stop production soon as AP will be using ceramic materials as of 2013. Here's the link : ap.watchprosite/show-foru...ti-833162/s-0/ Is it a right time to invest in a FC diver? Will it appreciate in value over the coming years?
I have an 8 year old Speedy Pro that loses serious time when the chrono is running. Can anyone recommend a watchmaker in the US that can service this for less time and money than Omega?
I have a smaller 6.5 to 6.75 flat wrist and was wondering if anyone else with a smaller wrist could show us their photos of their larger watches?Specifically, Sky Dwellers or Yacht Master IIs.
