You are in luck! One of my favorite watches (that I happen to own) is available on eBay right now. If I didn't already have this watch, I'd most likely not inform you and try to get it myself. This is a rare Temption CGK203 watch that I reviewed here. Temption is a German based watch company that makes about 700 watches a year last I checked. Their Stuttgart headquarters welcomes guests and their new model, the Cameo has been totally sold out well into 2009. Like a few before it, this is a watch company that is able to do a lot correctly and focuses on extremely functional and attractive watches. I will not be surprised to see increased attention to Temption in the future.The CGK203 watch is probably their most popular watch. It combines a classic look that they perfected in the late 1990s and kept into production until the early 2000s. Best way to find market value of a vintage Piaget watch?
My mother has a vintage Piaget ladies mechanical watch. She has had it since the early 1980's and has probably used it 3 or 4 times in 30 years.The watch was recently serviced and the mechanism is all original and intact. The watch is all 18K gold. Unfortunately, no papers and box survived. The glass is perfect. A very rare piece.She has asked me to sell it. But I have no idea as to how a Piaget this old might be worth. Any suggestions as to find the current market value of this watch?I'll be happy to post photos.

Add Sub ND now or wait a year???
Considering adding a No date Sub as sort of a daily beater type of watch. The kind of watch I wouldn't think twice about wearing fishing, or at the beach, or literally wherever. My question is, would it be smarter to wait a year, after Basel 2019, to see if Rolex upgrades the movement and makes any other changes, or is it maybe better to pick up a used one now, avoid the waiting lists, and save a few bucks potentially?
