Corum 154.201.20 wrist watches news:
I was heading home from my AD after putting a deposit on an Oris. I stopped at a jewelery store that I occasionlly browse at. I saw a speedmaster that looked really nice. The jeweler told me it was from the 50's. He replaced the crystal, bracelet and caseback. I don't own an Omega and know very little about them. We talked about a possible trade of some vintage watches I have (1948 rolex and cartier tank) that I never wear. My question is, is there anything I should look for or are there any variations of this watch that are less desirable? I believe he was asking around $3500
Does anyone know the part number of the stem for the Elgin 680? And, any idea what size crown tap it takes? Thanks
Just started to watch the Argentina V Greece match in the world cup and Maradona was in the dugout of the Argentine team. I see he is wearing his watch. Very nice.blog.jameslist/2010/diego...wrist-watches/
I got the beast back from Omega Service! The initial plan was to get it serviced, wear it for a bit and move onto the next piece. Now, I'm feeling this one is a keeper.
Khaki canvas x tan stitching. I can't wait for it to get distressed I think it'll add quiet a character for this reference. Thoughts?
