I posted a thread - 'End of Subtlety.' I was looking for a new watch under $3000. There are some amazing pieces for that price. Really, many of these watches look like they go for TEN times the price. I looked at military, divers, and dress watches - even some cool quartz art pieces.After looking around for quite a while, I began to think that I did not really need a diver. I have a nice Seiko diver and I also have a Gshock for actual snorkeling use. I have round dress watches like GP, Rado and Rolex. The more I thought about it, the more I have been impressed with the tank/rectangular/cushion dress watch. I wanted a watch that says 'class,' similar to the wonderful GP 1945 that has been posted here. I've always loved the Reverso, but I don't see any for under $6000 - maybe someday.Then I saw a watch and a company that really talks to me - Perrelet. I just like every single thing they are doing. I feel like I am on the design team. Plus, you have the great history of Perrel

I love this watch
I have been wearing the ceramic diver 24/7 for about 10 days now, and it's even better than I expected, never had any ceramic piece before, the only ceramic I had was on bezels, Daytona, GMT and subs, 4 Rolex in all, and that's the most I've had.The material itself is really cool, smooth as baby skin if you drive your finger in the way of the vertical lines, but if you go against them you feel the lines.The weight is very reasonable, around 140 gr according to my kitchen scale, which makes it quite light for the size of it and gives great comfort, honestly I find it almost as comfy as my 5712, but just in a bigger watch.I may have to get the XS strap as my problem is that when I wear it the last hole is too tight, I like to wear 'em tight but it's a little too much, and if I put it in the second hole it's a little too loose, in fact the watch stays in place in the middle of the wrist because of the semi rigid rubber strap, but I like to feel the watch embracing my wrist, so even if it'

Hi,I'm the proud owner of a Rolex sub TT C, since a couple of years.Now I'm looking for a addition to my to be collection. And I¡¯m thinking about the AP ROO SS RC, black dial.Any (good/bad) experiences with this model?-Is it a new model?-Has there been any update recently?- How does it fit, not to big?Any insights on this imo master piece?Many thanks
