- Watch band is more moss than black - Overall the watch is great. The band is so if you have wrist be aware the band will be tight. The watch is very light when on. Feels great. Maybe the band will stretch a bit with more use.

Hublot 703.QM.1129.HR.FIL11 wrist watches news:
This beauty just arrived:Picked it up on the swamp for about $160.00. I usually buy Hamiltons, but these Art Deco Elgins have incredible case designs and are a lot cheaper IMHO:Inside caseback says it's a Model E-3, 14K white gold-filled:The movement is a grade 428, 6/0 size, 15 jewels. Serial number dates it to 1927:I realize it may not be quite as well made as a Hamilton, but for a case made in 1927 in this condition, you can't beat the price! Mark S.
Hey guys,As a result of the great feedback from this forum, I ended up buying a 5164r. Anyway Long story short. Left the watch at my bedside table and left for work without wearing the watch as I was late. The evening I came back, my watch was on the floor :(. I guessed my toddler came into my room and dropped it on the floor. Can¡¯t really be mad at my cheeky monkey. He means the world to me. Just sad that I haven¡¯t even had time to take proper shots and postedI really can¡¯t stand the look of the watch now. There¡¯s a dent at the 6 o clock mark now. Any chance that the case can be fixed at service (i.e laser and filings)? I know case replacement would fix the problem but not sure how much would it cost.As always appreciate the help guysSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
As many of you know, I recently bought a 5712A. I just noticed tonight that the moon phase actually changes around 10:00pm, rather than during the day. Is this true for all 5712s/240 movements?Interesting that the 324 movement definitely changes during mid-morning (approx. 11:00am) but the 240 changes in the evening. Has anyone else noticed this? For those that have, do you prefer it changing during the night, which technically isn't accurate for a few hours after the change (I think), or during the day?
Had some time to kill on this lovely afternoon, so I decided to do the WIS thing and check out some watches! To be honest, neither are on my radar for the time being, but in a couple years when the time is right I can see acquiring one of these great nautilus references! First the 5726Thoughts: The grey dial is stunning and sleek in person. I could easily see wearing this watch on almost any occasion. Beautiful but also somewhat below the radar in my humble opinion. Next up the 5712rThoughts: wow this is a winner on the wrist! First time trying on a 5712 for me. Always thought is looks cluttered etc. As many here at trf have said before, once it's on the wrist it all makes sense! The symmetry appears and the complications look right at home. The rose gold case provided just enough weight to make this relatively thin case, compared to the AC in the 5726, feel substantial. The movement is hands down beautiful with its micro rotor as well. All of you friends whom own these references are v
