Southern California-based Reactor, maker of durable and progressive sport watches, has designed a special one-of-a-kind Diamond Nucleus watch to commemorate St. Louis Cardinals star first baseman Albert Pujols¡¯ stellar 2008 season. Considered one of the sport¡¯s best players, Pujols was voted the National League¡¯s Most Valuable Player in 2008. Reactor presented the special watch, featuring the Cardinals logo and Pujols¡¯s #5 on the dial, together with 2.25 carats of flawless VS1 diamonds on the bezel, to Albert at a Cardinals home game the week after the All-Star game. In addition, the company produced a second matching watch, which will be donated to the Pujols Family Foundation and auctioned off to raise funds for the charity. Hello AllI am back in the Omega family and am very happy about it :)..I got the 2531.80, electric blue titanium on Ti Bond bracelet, automatic..it is a wonderful and very beautiful watch for sure...BUT, the real winner for me so far is its AWESOME light weight ..it is so light and comfortable, that I at times forget it is even there...actually, I wear my watch ALL the time, sleeping and all, so it is very important for me to have a light watch and yet a tough one, so this is the best solution I have come across as yet sorry it is almost just a tease to post without pics, but I sure will post pics soon too :Dregards,Asad

Would anyone buy this?
Folks,I occasionally like to imagine watches that I wish PP would make, and envision the perfect watch for me. Now, I'm not saying this is it, but the idea popped in my head while considering one of the many threads in which the 5711 is compared to the 5167. So, here it is: What if you took a 5167A case, then fitted with a version of the 5711 blue dial. Then, with the traditional lugs, PP could offer a range of interchangeable (meaning no watch tool required) leather and possibly rubber strap options. Even a ss bracelet for those who were so inclined. Other considerations: should it have Arabic or baton hour markers? Should it have a date window? Thoughts? Just seemed like a fun idea to kick around...

Aquanot not working
I went to put on my Aquanot 5167 this am,after wearing it yesterday, and noticed it had stopped. On further examination it seems the rotor will not move. I wound it and it is fine but I suspect because of this it will not automatically wind . Has anyone experienced this and is there anything I can do, or do I just need to send it in? Thanks in advance for any information.
