IWC IWC 17797 wrist watches news:
Hi all,New to the forum and interested in a Hamilton Khaki GMT on black rubber strap to be my daily watch. I currently have a datejust but the acrylic is getting battered in daily use so I want a hardy everyday wearer. I like a classic dial and would prefer a turning bezel and I don't want any 'bling' factor. I really like the look of the GMT but am a bit worried about the size. There are no AD's near me so I cant try one on for size. I wondered if anyone had one whether they had any pics of it being worn? perhaps with a shirt cuff to see how it fits? I've been told by one seller that the overall is size is 50mm including crowns which seems huge to me! (I have 7 1/2" wrist)Alternatively does anyone know where I can get a life size scan of one? Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Of my last received watch, and my first Breitling...Have it for a couple of weeks now, and I'm impreseed by the quality and accuracy, thermocompensated quartz rules I really love this watch, and is an eye catcher, from the outer box, to the double inner box in leather...My TC Colt Quartz II

I am relatively new to the watch collecting, but like most forum members have referenced the bug catches quickly! I have acquired a number of Rolex, JLC, Panerai, Breitling and Tudor watches, but want to add my first Patek Phillipe to the collection.I am interested in purchasing my first Patek Philippe watch, but want to keep under a $30k budget. I really like the Aquanaut (5164 & 5167) and am beginning to lean in that direction.Any other models I should consider? Any advice/guidance on discounts from an AD?Thanks!
Hi all,First post, owner of a BLNR and on wait lists for Daytona C and Sky Dweller. Although like others feel the chance of the call goes down by the day.Have the funds put aside and getting a bit itchy for my next watch.A DJ41 blue, jubilee with fluted bezel looks beautiful, however I don¡¯t think I would have the need for it if the blue Sky Dweller call ever comes. As the knowledge on this board is great and as I understand DJ¡¯s are a lot more accessible would a discount be expected. My hope by buying the DJ, I continue my relationship with AD. I get a new watch to enjoy and if needed I can sell on without taking too much of a hit. Thanks
