- This is a lovely watch. It does not scream Flag Day. While it is most certainly patriotic, it could also be worn all the time with coordinating clothes and be perfect. It has a nice weight and presence on the wrist.

IWC 3725 wrist watches news:
On October 14, 1947, the Bell X1 undertook the first manned supersonic flight, breaking the sound barrier and entering the history books. The X1 pilots undertook their amazing feat in an age before computers and pocket calculators, relying on the specially designed “slide rule” for all calculations. The new Oris Big Crown X1 timepiece is an homage to this aviation milestone. Find wallpaper and pricing inside. In honor of the Bell X1 pilots, the Big Crown X1 Calculator incorporates a circular version of the slide rule into its design. The watch case also has a gun-metal-colored PVD coating to mirror the color of the Bell X-1 plane.Although created as a tribute to the history of aviation, the 46mm Oris Big Crown X1 Calculator will work equally well for modern pilots. The Swiss Retail Price is SFr.3,350.Product FeaturesOris Big Crown X1 CalculatorRef: 675 7648 4264 LB? My quartz chrono with an ETA 251.272 quartz 22 jewel movement does not work properly. The only functions that work are the timer (large second hand) and the split 1/10th second timer. I put a battery in it but that didn't help. Can this be a result of a weak battery (even though its supposed to be new), or does it need a new circuit board or should I just replace the entire movement?
Well, I have been a member of this forum for a few years and i have learned a great deal. In that time I have had a number fine watches pass through my hands, everyone was purchased with info obtained from members here just by reading posts, what an amazing resource. Each watch I purchased was absolutely what I wanted and on arrival it became my new favorite. Waiting on delivery was always a small pain as I am not the most patient man, but tonight is awful!I have traded my last (current, I'm sure more are in my future) Rolex and am anxiously awaiting delivery of my first AP, a ROO RC black dial, sorry so long and mostly rambling but I can't wait and really needed to share!
So I've had a superocean steelfish for quite a while and its always in my rotation but it never was my favorite(always behind my omegas). Recently i'm really loving it and now I'm really eyeing a B01 or Skyracer... not sure how I'm just now really appreciating Breitling
We've all seen the prices of the 16710 continue to rise, but do you think having a SS ceramic coke will change that?Would never sell my coke, as it is something I'm handing down to son, but just curious as to what you all think (and yes, I know that none of you have a crystal ball )
