- Because I am a cat lover and the owner of many felines, I had to have this watch both in the silver and the gold. As mentioned previously, the gold and black are a better contrast; but, with the different color combinations, I have a choice depending on my outfit. Wow! Do those cat eyes ever dazzle you! Thanks for another wonderful watch!

- The watch lived up to my expectations ! Works perfectly, - I especially like that the solar cell charges the battery. Temperature sensor is accurate under cold conditions only if you take your watch off momentarily for a few minutes as the heat from your arm effects the measurement.

We're use to seeing familiar elements, such as certain fonts and hand shapes that root a watch in either history or current trends. Fans of waltham wrist watches
This is another watch I had hidden away for about ten yrs. Its amazing how good these things run and keep time over the years. God knows the last time they were serviced. I love this watch. It's 14k white gold ,in great shape and keeps good time. It's got nice weight to it, very solid feeling and ornate. The case back says "Star watch case co. ,14k fine, 585/1000". The movmt. says " AWWCO , Waltham, USA " and the # "25" over "558708". It also says "sapphire" on the movmt. I dont know if that refers to the jewels or the crystal, But the crystal does feel like sapphire, no scratches at all. the case size is 1- 1/16' w/out the crown. Again, I'm just looking for info, age and a possible value.Thank you guys ,Kurt
