IWC IW 544801 wrist watches news:
Hi EveryoneThis watch forum was just pointed out to me. I do not have too much free time available but if I can ever be of any help to anyone concerning Ilinois wristwatches please let me know. I may not have all the answers but together perhaps we can figure them out.ThanksFred
I'm very happy with my vintage calibre 89 dress watch, but I had another desire to fulfill (IWC wise, that is). There's a certain piece I've been lusting over for a long time, and it's on the way to me now. It needs a little cosmetic TLC but it's not bad from the seller's description. I sent the link to my watchmaker and he gave me the thumb's up & a safe range to keep the bid in. I'm going to steal an idea that John used in the Rolex forum - can anyone guess what it is? Hint: it's under 40 mm.
i have in for repair a Frank Muller Master Square ref. 127 18ct & diamonds on leather band but it havea Ronda quartz movement ??is this correct ??
Hey guys! Been a while since my last visit here. Just found these watches belonging to my father/grandfather. Guess they need to be serviced, but after manual winding they all seem to be working fine. The Longines was a present to my father from the airlines company he worked for, and the IWC was my mother's present to him. The Zenith pocketwatch probably my grandfathers, but I'm not quite sure. Not planing to sell them, but just wondering what they might be worth...Cheers!Alex07.jpg09.jpg15.jpg21.jpg22.jpg
